我们目前的教师配置标准是在过去“穷国办教育”时期确定的，现在趁着人口变化的窗口期，加上建设教育强国的背景，班额比就不能按照比如说原来一个班50人的标准设置。推行小班化后，班级数量就会增加，对教师的实际需求自然也就上来了。到那时，所谓的“老师多了”可能就不再是问题。当然，部分地区会存在“老师多了”，需要进行调剂。
